I have extensive international experience in project management as a project manager, consultant and trainer.
As a project manager, I have successfully managed IT and IT-enabled business change projects for global organisations across various industries, delivering to agreed commitments as well as realising targeted business benefits. When consulting in project management, I am constantly focused on adding value and have consistently obtained positive outcomes for numerous companies in either a permanent employee or independent contractor capacity. As a project management trainer, I provide enriching learning experiences to students, using effective pedagogy to deliver content that blends concept theory with real-life practical applications.
Over my professional career, I have alternated between permanent positions in large company structures and working as an independent consultant. I have provided my project management consulting expertise to a number of prestigious companies and government organisations which include the following direct clients, past employers or employer clients : QANTAS, Schlumberger, American Express, BNP Paribas Cardif, Atos, UNISYS, Technip, Government of the United Kingdom, Reuters, SAP.
I hold an Australian bachelor’s degree in applied science (computer science) and a French master’s degree in information technology. I also currently hold the following best management practice certifications in the project, programme & portfolio management (P3M) field : PMP®, PRINCE2® (Practitioner) as well as MoP®, MSP®, Managing Benefits™, MoV®, P3O®, ITIL®, AgilePM® & MoR® (Foundation).
